Staged disclosure

Information is released in stages:

1. Public summary — approved high-level information visible to everyone.
2. Qualified access — additional approved information for individually approved contacts.
3. Confidential deal room — detailed materials released only after individual approval and, where required, a signed confidentiality agreement.

Your obligations

If you are granted access to restricted information you agree to use it solely to evaluate the relevant opportunity, not to disclose it to third parties without written consent, and to return or destroy it on request.

Limitations

Access controls, watermarking, audit logs and confidentiality agreements reduce risk but cannot prevent all copying, screenshots or photography.

Submissions

Please do not upload highly sensitive information (such as identity documents, bank details or trade secrets) through public forms. A confidential review process will be agreed before such information is exchanged.
